Once again congratulations to all our boys and girls who have made their First Holy Communion over the last two weekends. It is a wonderful privilege to receive Our Lord in the Eucharist. Let us pray that the children will always appreciate this grace God has given them throughout their lives. A big thank you to all those involved in preparing the children for this day - parents, catechists, parishioners, schools, friends and family - Thank You.

Fr. O'Brien Parish Visiting

Normally in the summer, whenever I have been in a parish, I always try to visit parishioners. It gives me a chance to learn more about the parish and the people who make up the family of St. Mary's plus it gives me the opportunity to bless people's homes and families. If you would like a visit then please contact the presbytery by phone or email.

Wedding  Preparation Course:
The course comprises 4 sessions to be held in The Parish Centre at 7:30pm on Tuesday Evenings on 1ssth Sept. 2nd Oct, 16th Oct and the 30th Oct
All couples need to make an appointment to see Father O'Brien prior to attending the course.

CCTV As of the 19th June the church will now be open again during parish office hours, Tuesday to Friday 9am -12noon. This upgrade will mean that we can now actively monitor any anti-social and criminal behaviour and safeguard the welfare of any visitors to the church and presbytery. There will also be signs appearing - a legal requirement - to notify people that CCTV is in operation.
