Lourdes Group 2014 We are now at the stage of wanting to know who would like to volunteer to come along to act as a helper (adult or Junior aged 16-18) to Lourdes leaving Manchester 29 Aug and returning 5th September. The idea is to take up to 5 adults who have special needs. Costs can only be approximate at the moment of about £750 each, it may be cheaper and grants may be available. If you are interested please speak with Jane Burton (Group Leader), Maxine Pollard (Group Nurse) or Fr John (Group Chaplain). Volunteers need not be from the parish. There will be a meeting organised soon for those who show interest.
Lourdes Group Spare Change Boxes. Please return the full ones and take another empty one so we can carry on the excellent response we have had so far. Collecting points are now set up at the entrances and more boxes can be provided if there is demand. To date, donations from these boxes total £150.60. Thank you for your generosity.
Lourdes Group Grand Raffle Your chance to win £100, £50 or other very good prizes including M&S vouchers, whisky etc (full list at back of Church).
